A thermal carafe is pictured with this item but is not included...that's another 75 bucks. In any event it brews awsome tasting coffee fast and is great for the office. I just wich Bunn would specify that none of their commercial brewers come with carafes. If you do get one the delux model which costs more is worth the extra money to keep your coffee warmer longer if it sits around the office.

There is NO carafe with this Coffee Brewer

Our office ordered this brewer several weeks ago and when it arrived there was no carafe with the brewer. NOTE: There is a carafe in the picture of the product online and also there is not notice that the "Carafe is sold separately." I called Amazon and was told there should be a carafe included. Amazon could NOT send us just the carafe, we needed to return the coffee brewer and then reorder. When the second coffee brewer arrived (today), there was once again NO carafe. I again called Amazon and was finally told "the carafe is sold separately." For almost $300 you would think you would have a carafe included with a coffee brewer. I guess this is why it's easier to purchase things in a store so you can see what you're getting as opposed to on-line. We do not know how the brewer works since we have to wait for the arrival of our carafe.
