I chose this rating, simply because it is a super-excellent product. It makes a perfect cup of espresso (with different color capsule coffee varieties available depending on intensity, tastes, etc.). The milk frother, just push a button an in about 30 seconds you have perfect frothed steamed milk -- no manual labor required. It is practical, since it takes a couple of seconds (or a couple more for a cappuccino) to make the espresso, simple to use. GREAT!!! LOVE IT!!!
